January 1st is typically a time to wipe the slate clean, start a new thing, get a new job, and adopt a fresh approach to life. I generally don’t like setting goals because they have a tendency to force me to take action when I’m not ready…but occasionally, the feeling is different, and a goal makes sense.

So what’s your goal for yourself in ‘23? How do you want your work to look?
